Mid-Columbia Reads Jr.
Celebrate Mid-Columbia Reads Jr. with a special visit from New York Times bestselling author of "The Pout-Pout Fish" Deborah Diesen on April 17 and 18.
Diesen grew up in Midland, Michigan, and started writing poems at a young age. She has worked as a bookseller and a librarian, and now works for a small nonprofit organization, but her greatest joy comes from writing for children. She lives with her family in Grand Ledge, Michigan. Visit deborahdiesen.com to learn more.
Additional Mid-Columbia Reads Jr. programs include NovelTeas Jr., a pairing of teas and juvenile fiction, and special visits by authors Elizabeth Eulberg and Matthew J. Kirby.
