Job Summary:
Mid-Columbia Libraries (MCL) is seeking a Finance Supervisor to perform a variety of work activities to support the financial infrastructure of Mid-Columbia Libraries (MCL) including monthly employee payroll and all related administration and reporting; weekly accounts payable; budget support and financial reporting; and various accounting functions for MCL. This position supervises one Finance Specialist.

Job Summary:
Mid-Columbia Libraries is seeking a community-focused leader to serve as Branch Manager for our West Pasco branch. The Branch Manager plans, organizes, and manages a large branch library in accordance with the mission, budget, policies and procedures of the Mid‐Columbia Libraries (MCL). In this position, the Branch Manager will act as a liaison with the local community; plan and promote library programs, services and resources; manage library staff; monitor library and collection usage; and resolve customer concerns. Based on projects and programs assigned, will supervise union and non‐union employees.
Minimum Qualifications: Successful candidates will have a Master of Library Science degree and State of Washington Librarian certificate with at least three (3) years of experience, including two (2) years of lead or supervisory experience desired or equivalent technical training, education, and/or experience.
