Fall is my favorite time of year. The air is crisp, the trees are spinning a colorful tapestry of reds and yellows, and it is the perfect time to snuggle up with your little one and share a good book. As a parent of an elementary school student, we read plenty of picture books. However, more often than not, as we snuggle before bedtime we are not exploring treasured classics. We are enjoying the same book starring my child's current obsession, Paw Patrol, over and over and over. You can only read about the pup pup boogie so many times before you start to snap.
