The current West Richland branch opened to the public in 1996; we are observing twenty years in our convenient location in the heart of West Richland's Civic Center Campus. In 2016, we began offering Sunday hours for the first time in our history.

Mid-Columbia Libraries recently worked with the City of West Richland in identifying funding options for library services and the city council decided to pursue a levy lid lift.  For more information about the levy lid lift election please visit the City of West Richland website.

The West Richland community especially enjoys Mid-Columbia Libraries' digital collection, which offers thousands of eBooks and e-audiobooks for reading and listening on the go. Come talk to our friendly staff about how you can access one of the biggest digital collections in the state from your phone or tablet.

Homebound, convalescing, or unable to visit us? Our branch is now offering homebound services in the West Richland area. Contact our staff at 967-3191 to request delivery of library items to your home.

We have a long tradition of providing quality programs for children; we are excited to also offer a variety of activities for adults and teens. Check our web calendar for the latest information. Have an idea for a good program? Let us know!

Need to get online? The Mid-Columbia Libraries' West Richland Branch provides free, high-speed wireless internet access, and free public internet access computers.
