Our Mission, Vision, and Values are the core principles that guide Mid-Columbia Libraries' operations.

Our current Mission and Vision were adopted by the Board of Trustees January 20, 2009. Our Values were adopted by the Board of Trustees January 22, 2008 in conjunction with the Strategic Plan.

Mid-Columbia Libraries enriches our communities by empowering individuals with materials and services for life-long learning and growth, starting at birth.

Our Vision

Mid-Columbia Libraries will be recognized as a heavily-used, highly-valued asset and a leading contributor in the improvement of the quality-of-life for residents of the communities we serve.
