The West Richland Branch of Mid-Columbia Libraries opened to the public in 1996.
West Richland has enjoyed library services since 1957. The library is conveniently located in the heart of West Richland's Civic Center Campus, nestled between City Hall and the Police Station.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY ONLY. Join the fun as we sing, dance, play instruments, and read stories each week at the library. Designed for kids 2 1/2 and up, each session will include a theme based coloring page to take home.
It's never too early to introduce your child to the library. Join us each Tuesday as we make music, learn a little Mother Goose, and read some simple stories. Then stick around and visit with other parents while your babies play. Designed for babies birth through 2 1/2 years old.

Raise a reader! Paws to Read dogs Shreq, Sam, and Sophie are available to listen to kids read every Wednesday afternoon between 3pm and 4pm and in the evening between 6:30pm and 7:30pm. Build your child's confidence in reading while having fun.
