The Prosser Library has 10 computers freely available to the public, as well as wireless internet access.

Our after-hours bookdrop is on the side of the building, next to the parking lot.

Volunteers are welcome to apply at any time.

The Prosser Friends of the Library accepts donations of clean, undamaged books for their book sale. Please contact the library if you are interested in becoming a Friend or donating.

Events

This fun-filled storytime is geared toward children 3-5 years. Stories, music, rhymes, and a simple craft.

Join us for a fun time of board games and wii.

This storytime is geared toward children ages 2 years and younger. Older children are welcome to attend, and may want to bring ta favorite stuffed animal or doll to be their baby. Stories, rhymes, interactive play, and music are used to teach early literacy skills. A playtime is also provided to allow little ones to interact with others of similar age, and for caregivers to visit.

Come to the library and make a fun summer craft. Available all day, while supplies last.

Come join the WSU Master gardeners and learn how to make Garden markers. We'll help you label your garden and have a fun time doing it!

The library is conveniently located near downtown Prosser, across from Prosser High School.

Prosser Heritage Collection is now online. This project was supported by a grant from the Washington State Library with funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

Fascinating Facts

The Prosser Branch of Mid-Columbia Libraries began serving the public in 2001. Prior to the City of Prosser joining Mid-Columbia Libraries, area residents had access to a city library (the current branch) and a West Benton County branch also located in Prosser.
