Hey Kids come and join the LEGO Club! Get together with your friends and see how creative you can be with LEGOS. Share your ideas and learn from other people in the club. The club will be held each Saturday at 1:00pm through February 25th. After February 25th the club will held once per month on the first Saturday.
There will be a Lego contest on Saturday, February 25th. Lego club members will create a unique design and the entries will be judged. Winners will get a surprise!

Make sure to check out the impressive Where the Wild Things Are mural at the Connell Branch. The mural, painted by Beth Ann Wood, was an inspiration by Maurice Sendak’s Caldecott-Award winning book.

Fascinating Facts
The Connell Library was built in the old City Hall & Fire Hall Building. The interior oak woodwork and the exterior brick facade was done by inmate labor from the local Coyote Ridge Corrections Center in 1995. Originally the Connell Branch of the Mid-Columbia Library was established in 1965.
